We only offer 3 days EXCHANGE ONLY for merchandise purchased directly from our store located in Ancaster, Ontario. All items must be returned in original packaging, We do not take refunds or exchanges for the following products: sheets sets, mattress pads, pillows, comforters, featherbeds, duvets for hygienic reasons plus custom work. Any item that was a special order or custom ordered cannot be returned. Shipping, duty, brokerage and insurance charges are non-refundable; however, we will refund your original shipping cost if the return is a result of our error. Please note if you return an item and free shipping was part of your order, the shipping cost will be deducted from your total.
